Pricing & plan FAQ
Short answers to the most common pricing questions. For anything not here, email anthony@newreview.co — we always reply.
How much is it?
Two plans, Starter and Growth, billed monthly or annually. Annual saves about 17%. See the up-to-date pricing on the main site.
Do I have to put a card in to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is no card required. Add a card any time before it ends to keep going. If you don't, the account is paused (not deleted) and you can resume by adding a card later.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter covers a single location, the core review collection and reply tools, and one website widget. Growth adds multi-channel sending (SMS + WhatsApp), white-label removal, custom domains, and higher limits. See the pricing page for the full feature split.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal. Changes apply at your next billing date — no surprise mid-cycle charges. See Managing your subscription.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees, no contracts, cancel any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't auto-refund partial months, but if there's a specific situation (you were billed for a year you didn't intend to renew, etc.) email us and we'll work it out fairly.
Do you offer discounts for multi-location or non-profits?
Yes — multi-location discount kicks in past 3 locations, and we have a small non-profit program. Email us to get set up.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. For annual plans in some regions, we can also send a paper invoice — ask us.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. Your reviews on Google stay on Google — they're yours. Your account data in newReview is kept read-only for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then queued for deletion.
