Sending review requests
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, single sends, bulk CSV — newReview meets your customers wherever they prefer.
Requests live under Reputation → Requests and are organized into five sub-pages.
Send
Reputation → Requests → Send. Send a single request — enter the customer's name and contact info, pick a channel, hit send. The First review invite guide walks through this end-to-end.
Templates
Reputation → Requests → Templates. Default email and SMS templates are tuned for response rate. Edit them in your own voice — keep your tweaks small and personal rather than rewriting from scratch.
Contacts
Reputation → Requests → Contacts. Bulk-upload a CSV with columns for name, email, and/or phone. We dedupe against customers you've already contacted and trickle out the sends at a controlled cadence (so deliverability stays high).
Auto-Send
Reputation → Requests → Auto-Send. One polite follow-up if a customer doesn't respond — roughly doubles your response rate. See Auto-Send for the full reference.
Opt-In
Reputation → Requests → Opt-In. Where unsubscribes and opt-outs live. Removals are honored permanently across your account.
