Replying to reviews

Every new Google review shows up in Reputation → Reviews the moment it's posted. Reply directly from newReview and it appears on Google in your name.

Reply once, post everywhere

Whatever you type and post here goes straight to the public Google review. Your historical replies also import on connection — so the view inside newReview matches what people see on Google.

Use AI Reply for speed

Every review comes with a pre-drafted reply, written in your voice from your house-rules settings. Skim it, tweak as needed, post. See AI Reply for the full reference.

Handling negative reviews

For 1- and 2-star reviews, draft cautiously, acknowledge the customer's frustration, and offer an off-platform way to make it right. Don't argue specifics publicly — it almost always reads worse than the original review.
