Integrations

Connect your CRM, booking software, or POS so new customers automatically receive a review request a day or two after their visit.

Supported tools

We integrate directly with the most common booking, CRM, and POS platforms — see the full list inside Settings → Integrations. If your tool isn't there, we also support Zapier and a simple webhook API.

How automated requests work

You set a trigger ("appointment marked completed," "invoice paid," "order shipped") and a delay (typically 1–3 days). When the trigger fires, the customer's name and contact land in newReview, and a request goes out at the scheduled time.

Zapier

If your tool isn't directly supported, Zapier covers nearly everything. Pick the trigger (new customer, completed booking, etc.), map name/email/phone, and connect to newReview's "Create review request" action.
